How long does a detailing service take, and what is included?
It depends on the service you choose. A Basic Wash typically takes about 1.5 hours and includes an exterior hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, window cleaning, and a light interior vacuum. An Express Detail runs about 2.5 to 3 hours and includes everything in the basic wash plus polishing, tire dressing, a full interior vacuum, dashboard and console wipe-down, door jamb cleaning, and window detailing. A Full Detail takes 3 to 4 hours and goes even deeper with interior extraction, paint decontamination, and hand wax. Keep in mind that heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time. We will always give you a heads up before we start, no surprises.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including cash, Square, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment is collected after the job is complete to your satisfaction.
Can detailing remove scratches and swirl marks from my car's paint?
Yes, paint correction is one of our specialty services. Light swirl marks, water spots, and minor scratches can be significantly reduced or eliminated through our polishing and paint correction process. Deep scratches that have cut through the clear coat may not be fully removed but can often be improved in appearance. If you are considering a ceramic coating, paint correction is always done first — you should never coat over scratched or damaged paint. That is one of the steps a lot of shops skip and exactly why our results last longer. Contact us and we will assess your paint and give you an honest recommendation.
Do you have same-day appointments?
We do our best to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. Weekday availability is limited to 5 PM and 6 PM slots, and weekends tend to fill up fast. The best way to check same-day availability is to call or text us directly at (956) 744-8611 and we will let you know what we can do. What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 6 PM for evening appointments — Express Detail or above only on weeknights. On Saturdays we are available from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Sundays from 8 AM to 3 PM. We are a mobile service so we come to your location — your driveway, your job site, or wherever works best for you anywhere in Laredo and surrounding areas.
